TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.GST shall be applicable over and above the package prices.
- Above rates are Net and Non Commissionable.
- The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room
service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
- Rates and Slots are subject to availability at the time of booking. Company does not guarantee group fulfillment. Group Fulfillment totally depends on visa processing of applicants as well.
- In case of any Visa denial or any delay in Visa process we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same
and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate / embassy discretion. We
cannot guarantee if visa shall be granted and duration to process the same.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a
hotel of similar standard.
- Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather
conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry
restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would
not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- Cancellation charges will be applicable as per Cancellation policy.
10 Any refund payable to the Guest (if any applicable as per cancellation policy) will be paid after the Company
receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to
be paid to the Guest.
11 From 1 June 2016 onwards if any invoice amount is above 2 lacs and mode of payment full or partial is in
cash (cash paid at counter or deposited in bank) 1% TCS will be applicable and to be deposited extra on total
amount and PAN card copy has to be shared.
- Also do read booking procedure which is given in every package details.
The Company reserves the right to :
- Take the booking for the group tour and individual tour.
- Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest.
- Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehaviour especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager.
- Withdraw discounts at any point of time.
- Change the routing of Air Travel /Change hotel and/tour programmed due to unavoidable circumstances.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN BUDAPEST
Touchdown at Budapest – famous ruined bars, grand architecture to the boat parties on Danube or a relaxing thermal bath – you can never get enough of this city! Touchdown Budapest. Reach your hostel and check in for 3 nights. Evening you can Head out- to explore some quirky and world’s most famous colourful ruined bars while sipping on lots of Palinka! You can also visit the Mathias church and the Fisherman’s Bastion at night when it is beautifully lit up Making it look nothing less than a fairy-tale!
DAY02 : SZECHENY BATH + DANUBE RIVER
Budapest known as the “city of baths”. Today you have an option to visit one of these famous thermal baths. What better way to conclude your trip by unwinding for hours in these hot thermal pools, high in calcium, magnesium and hydrogen carbonate! In the evening ,we sail through the Danube River admiring the beautifully lit up views along the way.
DAY 3: Self Exploration Day
Today you get to see Budapest through the eyes of a local! Explore the city at your own pace. Well there’s absolutely no better way- to see a place and understand the history of how Buda and Pest side of the city got combined. Later in the evening you can visit the Budapest Eye or you can even visit the downtown Budapest for clothes shopping. Later in Evening, you can experience Budapest's unique nightlife atmosphere.
DAY 4: HEAD TO VIENNA
Today we head to Vienna. This beautiful capital city of Austria combines the ancient And traditional heritage with its artistic architecture. Check in the hostel for 2 nights. You can validate your hop on hop off tickets today or tomorrow.
DAY 5: HOP ON HOP OFF CITY TOUR
Delve into Vienna’s rich history, sophisticated culture and, stunning architecture. The Flexibility of hop-on, hop-off tours allows you to immerse yourself in Vienna's beautiful museums, magnificent palaces, grand monuments and rolling gardens at your own pace. In the evening head out to the Jewish quarter where you can enjoy drinks at the local bars or pubs.
DAY 6: TRANSFER TO PRAGUE + PUB CRAWL
Today you board your bus/train to Prague. Get to your hostel for a stay of 3 nights. Get curious caps on and head out to explore the old town of Prague, the cobblestone streets and some lovely cafes. And not to forget to try some Trdelnik (the famous chimney cake) and to top it off with Hot Mulled wine! Tonight you have a PUB CRAWL, no better way to get Introduced to this crazy party place!
DAY 7: SELF EXPLORATION DAY
Today you have an option to either take a day trip to Cesky Krumlov – one of the most picturesque towns in Europe – a Unesco World Heritage Site with a stunning castle above the Vltava River, an old town square, Renaissance and baroque architecture. There are plenty of lively bars and riverside picnic spots –it’s a popular hang-out for backpackers. Or For the adventure seekers you can get high on adrenaline and tick off sky diving from your bucket list!
DAY 8: PRAGUE WALKING TOUR + PRAGUE CASTLE
This morning we will explore the historic Prague streets and admire the best known landmarks with the help of an expert local guide. Explore its old town’s pretty, cobbled lanes and picturesque squares and churches.You are surely to fall in love with the history and the charming vibe that this city offers. Don’t forget to have Czech beer afterwards. Later head out for a Prague Castle Tour. This 3-hour Prague Castle tour shows you all the most famous parts of the incredible Prague Castle, as well as helping you find the hidden gems and telling you some of the fascinating Stories that you won't be able to find on your own!
DAY 9: ADIOS
This morning, have your breakfast and say your goodbye to beautiful Prague.
