Welcome to IMUSTBETHERE. By booking or using our travel services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
A deposit (amount or percentage) is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due 30 days before departure unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods: List methods – e.g., Upi, Debit card, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.

2. Pricing and Inclusions
Prices listed are per person, unless stated otherwise.
Prices include services listed in the itinerary: transportation, accommodation, activities, and specified meals.
Prices do not include: visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, and optional activities.

3. Changes and Cancellations
Customer cancellations:
More than [30] days before departure: [Full refund minus deposit]
[15–30] days before departure: [50% refund]
Less than [15] days: No refund
Company cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, low participation). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Requests to modify bookings (dates, participants, etc.) must be made in writing and may incur additional fees.

4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for some trips.
We are not responsible for costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

5. Passports and Visas
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and the necessary visas.
We do not accept liability for travel disruptions due to inadequate documentation.

6. Health and Safety
Participants must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their participation.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a traveler is deemed unfit or a risk to others.
You are responsible for following local laws and customs.

7. Liability Disclaimer
IMUSTBETHERE acts only as an agent for services provided by third parties.
We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by acts of God, government actions, or third-party suppliers.

8. Use of Photos and Media
You grant IMUSTBETHERE the right to use photographs or videos taken during trips for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing.

9. Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint, please notify your tour coordinator or contact us immediately.
Unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to its jurisdiction.

10. Amendments
IMUSTBETHERE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
